Well the FJ has a rubber/plastic interior, and although you can hose out the interior.... the water (and dirt) gets between the metal & floor material...

and getting it to drain is really hard.


SOOOO I have decided to take out the floor, making the drain plugs accessible from the cabin area... and I am also going to bed line the floor to make it non-skid, and keep it nice and protected.

I will definitely take pictures and let you know how it goes. The FJ will have to be gutted (seats/consoles/etc.). Im excited Cheesy

That is something that I have considered doing with my Ranger for a while. My buddy did it to his '01 Sonoma and it turned out great.
